About Calm Nerves

Calm Nerves is a beautifully balanced herbal infusion drawing on centuries of traditional botanical wisdom. Persian Echium and Valerian Root are sourced from small artisan farms, shade-dried and hand-blended with Lavender and Lemon Verbena right here in New Zealand. Each pouch is sealed to lock in freshness and the delicate floral aroma of the herbs.

Taste profile

Earthy and floral with a citrus edge. Valerian root is the dominant note, distinctly woody and pungent, softened by lavender and brightened by lemon verbena. A bold cup rather than a delicate one.

Brewing tips

Use 1 tsp (or a three-finger pinch) per cup. Steep in 90 to 95°C water for 5 to 8 minutes. Can be brewed a second time, simply add more hot water. Enhance with a squeeze of lemon or a drizzle of honey.
