The lemon balm in this blend is harvested just before the plant blossoms. The leaves are traditionally tied and air-dried in a warm, well-ventilated space until they become dry and fragrant, preserving their natural aroma.

Our lemon verbena features shiny, lance-shaped green leaves with a vibrant, citrus-like scent that has been appreciated in herbal infusions since ancient times.

The lavender used in this blend comes from one of the finest traditional lavender farms in south-western Turkey, prized for its gentle fragrance. Rose petals add a soft floral note, creating a balanced and aromatic infusion.

Regular Pouch (20 gr): Packed resealable pouches

Cork Lid Glass Jar (20 gr): Packed in high-quality food-grade borosilicate glass jars with air-tight cork lid

Gift Set: One Jar of Sweet Dreams tea and one Glass Infuser Mug beautifully packaged in a gift box

Steep 1 tsp (or a three-finger pinch) in 90–95°C water for 5–8 minutes. Avoid over-brewing to prevent bitterness. Can be brewed a second or third time. Add a squeeze of lemon or a drizzle of honey for extra flavour.
