NZ orders are packed the same day and shipped within 48 hours, flat rate $8.50 nationwide. Australia arrives in 6 to 10 days (AUD 13.50). US and Canada normally arrive in 8 to 14 days (USD 34.00 and CAD 37.36).
Yes, we ship to New Zealand, Australia, the UK, US, Canada and Spain as standard. If you're ordering from somewhere else, email info@magict.co.nz and we'll give you a shipping quote.
For teaware and accessories, we offer a replacement if the item arrived damaged or broken, within 7 days of delivery. Contact info@magict.co.nz with photos of the damage and we'll sort it out.
Every blend is hand-picked, shade dried and hand-blended in small batches, direct from small family farms, then packed in Auckland. Nothing added, no sugar, no preservatives, no extracts, no artificial flavouring, just whole herbs.
We source directly from small family farms across Iran, Turkey, India and the Solomon Islands, building direct, fair trade relationships with growers, then hand blend and hand pack everything here in Auckland, New Zealand.
Most of our blends and pure herbs are naturally caffeine-free, and a few contain a small amount of green tea. Every blend is whole herb, nothing added and nothing extracted, so any sweetness or tartness comes from the herbs themselves.
