Turkish Breakfast is MagicT's take on a beloved Turkish tradition, a fruit-forward apple tea enjoyed throughout the day across Turkey. Made with authentic dried Istanbul apple pieces, hand-crushed cinnamon sticks, and freshly added cardamom, this blend tastes like a warm hug in a cup.

Taste profile

Rich and spiced. Cinnamon and cardamom over dried apple, warm and rounded with a sweetness that builds through the cup. The most substantial blend in the range.

Brewing tips

Steep 1 tsp in 90 to 95°C water for 5 to 8 minutes. Naturally sweet, no sweetener needed. Delicious both hot and iced. A splash of apple juice takes it to another level.

Is Turkish Breakfast a strong or subtle tea?

It's a full, sweet flavour for most drinkers, though a small number of reviewers found it weaker than expected even with extra leaf, and one wanted a more pronounced cinnamon note. If you like it stronger, use a heaped teaspoon and let it steep the full time.
