Hibiscus Cinnamon

Hibiscus has been studied for its effect on blood pressure, and for good reason. The anthocyanins in whole hibiscus flowers work gently but consistently, the same way they have in Persian and Middle Eastern kitchens for centuries.

This loose leaf blend pairs whole dried hibiscus flowers with Ceylon cinnamon bark. Nothing extracted, nothing powdered. Two ingredients. Both whole. Both sourced directly from family farms.

Brew two cups a day. It is one of the simplest daily rituals you can build.

Bright and tart with a warm finish. Hibiscus dominates, fruity and cranberry-sharp, while cinnamon rounds off the acidity with a natural sweetness. Deep ruby in the cup and excellent over ice.

Steep 1 tsp in 90 to 95°C water for 5 to 7 minutes. Naturally bold and tangy, add honey to balance. Stunning over ice with a slice of orange.
