Persian Echium, Valerian Root, Lavender, Lemon Verbena

Available in a 20g and 40g resealable pouch.

Use 1 tsp (or a three-finger pinch) per cup. Steep in 90–95°C water for 5–8 minutes. Can be brewed a second time — simply add more hot water. Enhance with a squeeze of lemon or a drizzle of honey.
