Got questions?
What exactly is the prize?
A $20 MagicT voucher every month for twelve months, with free shipping each month, so you can choose whatever tea you feel like that month. Our Glass Teapot and Warmer Set 450cc comes with your first order. Total value over $290, delivered anywhere in New Zealand or Australia.
How is the winner chosen?
Everyone who enters is in the draw. You get one entry for entering, plus a bonus entry for each ingredient you spot correctly, one for adding your mobile, and five for every order placed before the draw closes. We then draw one winner at random.
Can I enter more than once?
One entry form per person, and your first guess is the one that counts. You can still earn bonus entries: one for each correct ingredient, one for adding your mobile, and five for every order placed before the draw closes.
Do I have to buy anything?
No. Filling in the form is all it takes. Orders just give you extra chances.
Is there anything for people who don't win?
Yes. Everyone who enters gets 24 hour early access to our Black Friday sale, before it opens to everyone else.
When do I find out?
We reveal the answer and draw the winner on Monday 2 November 2026. The winner is contacted by email, and we'll share their first name on Instagram.
