All blends: Steep 1 tsp in 90–95°C water for 5–8 minutes. Spearmint and Rose Buds are lovely throughout the day. Soothe & Settle: Steep at 80–85°C for 3–5 minutes (contains green tea). Nettle: Best as a daily nourishing infusion.
