Experience the warm, aromatic flavours of this hand blended Ginger & Spice Herbal Tea.
This blend features dried white ginger root (peeled and whole) sourced from the eastern states of India, combined with hand-crushed cinnamon and star anise pods for a naturally sweet, liquorice-like flavour. To preserve freshness, cardamom pods are added at the final stage of blending.
For a touch of extra sweetness, try adding a small amount of honey, which complements the natural flavours of the tea.

More about this Blend
Our Antioxidant blend brings together lavender, cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, chamomile, star anise, and rose petals for a soothing and flavourful tea experience designed to support your sense of wellbeing.
Lavender and chamomile have long been appreciated in traditional herbal use for their relaxing aromas, making this blend ideal for mindful moments and unwinding after a busy day.
Ginger and cardamom add a comforting, warming note to the tea. These botanicals have been traditionally enjoyed in cultures around the world for their invigorating flavours and aromatic qualities.
This blend is rich in plant compounds that contribute to its vibrant colour, aroma, and taste, helping to make each cup a nourishing part of your daily routine.
The floral notes of rose petals and lavender blend beautifully with the warm, spicy character of cinnamon, cardamom, and star anise, creating a layered and satisfying herbal infusion.
Brewing Tips
- How much? Begin with a teaspoon (or a three-finger pinch) and adjust to your preference. Remember, you can always add more tea for a stronger brew.
- How hot? 90-95 Degrees Celsius. That's boiled water that just stopped bubbling.
- How long? 5-8 minutes. Over-brewing can lead to bitterness.
- Second Brew? This tea can be brewed a second (or even third) time, simply add more hot water.
- More Flavour? Enhance your tea's flavour with a squeeze of lemon or a drizzle of honey. Explore different combinations to find your perfect cup.
