Brewing Tips

• How much? Begin with a teaspoon (or a three-finger pinch) and adjust to your preference. Remember, you can always add more tea for a stronger brew.
• How hot? 90-95 Degrees Celsius. That's a boiled water that just stopped bubbling.
• How long? 5-8 minutes. Over-brewing can lead to bitterness.
• Second Brew? This tea can be brewed a second (or even third) time, simply add more hot water.
• More Flavour? Enhance your tea's flavour with a squeeze of lemon and watch how it changes to pink. Explore different combinations to find your perfect cup.
